What Is Required To Become A Fleet Manager (Shepherd)?
To join as a Fleet Manager on the T420 platform, you must stake 25,000 T420 tokens, converts to an NFT to access our management system. Additionally, for every robotaxi added to your fleet 5000 T420 tokens is required. This investment ensures that your interests are aligned with the success of the T420 ecosystem.

As a T420 Shepherd, you will oversee a mini fleet of autonomous robo taxis. Your key responsibilities include maintaining high passenger ratings on the Tesla ride hailing app, adhering to strict preventative maintenance schedules, and achieving optimal taxi utilization. These performance standards are essential for unlocking additional vehicles and expanding your fleet.

Revenue is split as follows: 42% is allocated to Fleet Managers (Shepherds), 42% is distributed back to the community, and 16% is reserved in a treasury held in BTC and USD for future developments and to strengthen the value of your investment.
